For the past couple years, Mark “Whilly” Willard has been cranking out one of the best rotor guards from the shop where he makes race car bodies in Portland, OR. Much like the chassis that he welds, the lightweight aluminum Kwacker rotor guards are built to take some abuse. On top of that, the new v3 model is has feather reliefs to help shed unneeded grams for you weight-wienies! Pick one up today from Heckler’s Alley, HERE!

Bike Polo (or Bikepolo haha) satire is at it’s finest with Le Polorafi. Hitting on the European Hardcourt Bikepolo Association, the North American Hardcourt Bike Polo Association, and Fixcraft, their latest issue of the Pologazette is full of hilarity. Be sure to follow them on Facebook and stay woke on the latest polo news.
Over the weekend hardcourt bike polo clubs from Central and South America voted on the location for the 4th annual Latin American Bike Polo Championship (4to Torneo Latinoamericano de Bici Polo). The choice was between two locations, San Juan Bike Polo Club proposed the tournament be held on their court in Puerto Rico, and Bici Polo Tapatío put in a proposal in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Sporting a brand new super fly logo, the European Hardcourt Bikepolo Association (EHBA) announced yesterday that they will be keeping their European Hardcourt Bike-Polo Championship (EHBC) 3v3 for the 2017 season. In the announcement they said that from early on 2016 they planned to do a 5v5 Squad tournament (Dominion Cup) in the off years of World Hardcourt Bike Polo Championships, and then still to 3v3 for the EHBC on years with a WHBPC. [Side Note: It was announced last year that the WHBPC would be held every two years to give players more time to save up money for around the world travel.] Since this plan was already in place, they felt that it was best for them to stick to it. Spots for the WHBPC will still be offered to the top teams at the EHBC, and hopefully we will see them in at the WHBPC this year!
The EHBA also opened up a call for submissions to host the EHBC this year. If you live in a European city that would like to host, please submit a bid HERE
